This small stand packs a lot of flavor. The ramen is authentic and tasty! I have been coming to the sono mall on and off for 6 months but this is the first time I have found the restaurant open... And I was very happy it was! The broth was super flavorful and the chashu was tender. Prices were a slightly high for the portion size but it is a mall, and it is fresh ramen, so I couldn't say no. I also got an order of steamed buns which were perfect! I will absolutely will be back next time I am in the mall.

Luckily I don’t go much by reviews. Sono Ramen is Super Delicious, the flavor is there and the portion is what you would get at a regular Ramen spot. I ordered the Spicy Ramen with extra pork, Takoyaki and Tofu Spicy Miso Ramen. The flavor is amazing and definitely NOT bland like another review read. Go for yourself and check it out, for a spot in the mall it’s great eats.

Went here for their soft opening today, only their ramen is available with no side menu items. Ordered the shio ramen and the shoyu ramen. Overall quite impressed. Their broth is flavorful, the pork is very well cooked and delicious, and the tamago is wonderful. My only suggestion would be to ask for no spinach, it isn't the best greens for this ramen and kind of takes away from the dish. I will be sure to come back to try out their side menu!

We had the seafood pho, karaage, and so ddeok (Korean sausage and rice cake on a skewer), and everything was amazing! We’re big pho lovers and have tried it at many places in different states, but this pho really impressed us—even though it’s at a mall, the flavor and quality beat some full-service restaurants we’ve been to. The karaage with their special sauce was delicious, and the so ddeok with the sweet and spicy sauce is a must-try! On top of that, the staff were incredibly kind and welcoming, which made the experience even better. Fast service, great taste, and wonderful people. We’ll definitely be coming back to try more from their menu!

For those who want to try the best Japanese ramen in this town, Sono Ramen is there for you. I had spicy ramen, and It was wonderful. To be honest, It can't go better than this. I was quite worried after some bad reviews on Google, but it turns out they were stupid. You must go and try some of the best noodles right now. Fried chicken is also highly recommended.
